Ms Lilyclaire Bellamy, returning Board member, is the Executive Director at Jamaica Intellectual Property Office (JIPO). She is an Attorney-at-Law and a trained communicator with extensive experience in intellectual property law, health administration and law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications & Law and a master’s degree in Media Studies with a minor in Educational Technology. She directs legal and policy aspects at the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office and provides legal advice and guidance relating to intellectual property laws, international relations and issues, to the Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, other Ministries and departments of Government at their request.
